The meeting room contains a "Loop System" which helps people with hearing impairment hear discussion during the meeting. The Loop System is mounted on the ceiling like an antenna and it goes completely around the room. An amplifier picks up the sound and transmits it to the users through ear phones

A TV Monitor is seen in the corner. It is available for presentations.

The gas fireplace is activated by a wall switch.

A corner countertop with storage cabinet underneath is convenient for use during meetings.
