This whole room Guldman Ceiling Lift from Lifeline Coordinating Services, Inc. (dba: LCSI) in St. Paul, MN, greatly expands the universe of caregivers who can work with a client because it greatly decreases the injury risk to caregivers when they need to move or transfer clients, no matter if it be on or off the bed.
The care giver has moved her client from the bed and is now able to transfer her client to a wheelchair or shower chair. She has the wired controller in her hand. A remote contol device is an option. Horizontal movement is smooth and easy requiring minimal effort by the care giver.
Note the telephone jack plate on the wall. It is raised 15 inches above the floor for easy access.
