The side-by-side refrigerator doors open nearly 180 degrees making it possible for people in wheelchairs to get close enough to reach most things inside. The shelves slide out which provides more help. The freezer side has a very large opening where cups and pitchers can be filled with water and ice.

The pull-out pantry unit is easy to open and it can be accessed from either side.

There is a large pull-out surface under the desktop next to the pantry. This is a handy place to put items from the pantry. It is also a useful surface for work by people who are seated or in wheelchairs.
